Automatic electronic ends' &breakage; stop motion systems ensure that there are no loose ends in fabrications and ensure a full capacity in order to meet mass productions in short time.

Pramod Impex uses high end sewing machines which are fitted with special features for efficient stitch control process that can deliver a variety of sewing techniques even in mass outputs.

We are having our own dyeing facility, in the name of 'V.P. Colors' since 1990 which is today our In-house dyeing unit which acts as one of our greatest strengths since we use ECO Friendly / APEO Dye products in order to meet ‘grade 4’ in color fastness, to Washing, Rubbing, Light&Chlorine; Bleach. We are effectivein providinggood re-wash products by using the following Test characteristics:

According to the needs of our loyal and esteemed customer who require printing, Embroidery work which are Flame-Resistant, Water-Resistant, with Acrylic coating and so on.

Quality check is carried out by our team of Quality Control Inspectors from the very beginning to container stuffing stage, as per the "AQL" method on a surface of 10,000 sq.ft. We ensure only perfect products are shipped from our production line done with efficient packing techniques &excellent; handling of all our material.

We ensure only high-end products are moved to be shipped from our production units after multiple inspectionshave been conducted following QC with various types of packing and also keeping In line with the buyer’s guidelines.
